I recently undertook a creative fellowship at the State Library of Victoria. For three months I got to tinker away at an animation project looking at Melbourne's history of loitering and vagrancy. The outcome to be screened at the SLV in 2012 will be a collection of animated observations projected onto still and object based works. Here is a brief observation I took early on in the project.
